3) Do I get my own domain name?

All of our plans come with your own domain ending in a number of extensions, including .com, .net, .org, and others.

4) What if I have my own domain?

You can use your own domain with the service. After your free trial and when you have selected a plan, you will be given our name servers which can be specified within your registrar's interface. If you are unfamiliar with your registrar, contact us for help, as we are familiar with most registrar interfaces.

5) What does this cost and can I try it first?

Price plans are as low as $14.95 per month, a fraction of what custom development would cost for the same site. We want you to see all BandVista has to offer, so try out the service for free here, no strings attached!

6) What happens after my free trial?

Following your 30 day free trial you will be asked to upgrade to a paid membership. Once you select a plan that fits, you will be taken through the payment and domain setup process.

7) Is there a free version of this service?

No, there is not a free version beyond the free trial period. Our team spends a lot of time maintaining industry leading tools and coming up with new ways to help our customers succeed online. A free version would force us to focus on volume and less on features, which sites like myspace.com already do.

8) What payment methods do you take?

BandVista accepts most major credit cards for your convenience as well as Paypal. If you wish to mail us a check or make other payment arrangements, email support@bandvista.com and we will work to fit your needs.

9) Can I cancel this service?

Yes, you can cancel this service anytime, effective the last day of your billing cycle.

10) Do I have to install anything on my computer to use this?

There is no need to install anything on your computer to use this service. Everything is managed via your web browser which allows you or your band mates to manage your site from any computer.

11) What if I need help with my website in addition to online services?

Beyond supporting the builder that powers your site, we are here for you as a fellow musician. If you have any trouble using the service or need help building your site in any way, email support@bandvista.com and our support staff will assist you.
